María Caponne joins PLAYNOW
Danceable house and forceful tech house, with classic vocals that give each set identity and elegance. A DJ and promoter with dates at LAB, Bassement and Lula Club.
PLAYNOW announces the addition of María Caponne to its roster. She is a Madrid-based DJ and promoter with a sound that moves between the most danceable house and the most forceful tech house, and with an unusual experience: she knows the night from the booth and from the organising side.
Classic vocals over a firm foundation
What sets María apart in the booth are the vocals: house classics that lend identity and elegance to sets that, underneath, keep the force of tech house. The result is a floor that recognises what is playing and keeps dancing.
She has performed at leading venues in the capital such as LAB, Bassement and Lula Club, and has taken her music and events to Ibiza, Barcelona and Valencia. She also develops projects in which music is combined with other artistic disciplines.
DJ and promoter
- Madrid venues. LAB, Bassement, Lula Club and El Sótano, with the MYST series, among others.
- Her own events in Ibiza, Barcelona and Valencia, with a programmer’s judgement.
- Shared booth. Recent b2b sets with Alejandra Regnaultt, also on the roster, at Maspalomas Pride 2026.
A classic vocal over a forceful foundation: the floor recognises what is playing and keeps dancing.

What she brings to the roster
María brings house with identity and a promoter’s reading to our roster. Her profile suits three kinds of booking:
- House and tech house club, in peak slots.
- Brand events and unconventional spaces, where music coexists with other disciplines.
- Multi-booth line-ups, thanks to her b2b experience.
